The Oxford Byzantine Society International Graduate Conference 2011

I was asked by Prerona from the Oxford Byzantine Society if I could promote their upcoming conference, and of course I am very happy to do so. If you are running an event and would like to publicise it via this blog please get in touch (see About and Contact  page).

The Oxford Byzantine Society is pleased to announce its International Graduate Conference 2011 entitled Between Constantines: representations and manifestations of an empire to be held a the Faculty of History on 4 and 5 March 2011. This year, the conference will bring together forty graduate students from twenty institutions in twelve countries.

To register for the conference, please send your name and institutional affiliation to byzantine.society@gmail.com. The registration fee is £10 (£6 for a single day).
