Reminder for Tuesday 5 October – Kings’ College London Late Antique & Byzantine Seminars

Don’t forget that the first in this season’s series of seminars at Kings’ College takes place on Tuesday 5 October.

The seminars are free to all and will be held in room B6 on the Strand Campus. There is no need to register; just turn up by 5.30 pm.

The presenter is Benjamin Arbel (Tel Aviv) and his subject is The maintenance of Famagusta’s harbour under Venetian administration (1473-1571).

The second in the series is Tuesday 19 October 2010 Diana Newall (Open University): The city of Candia, capital of Crete: From Byzantium to early modern port.
