Sculpture of Sankt Goran (Saint George) & the Dragon at the Big Church (Storkyrkan) in Stockholm’s Old City (Gamla Stan)

Following on from the recent St George’s day pictures, faithful myByzantine commentator, Laura Dal from Uruguay made me aware of this amazing sculpture which I thought I should share with you.

Laura writes: Tom, there is also a wonderful sculpture of Sankt Goran (Saint George) & the Dragon at the Big Church (Storkyrkan) in Stockholm’s Old City (Gamla Stan), made by a famous german artist from the XV century.
